YAKA Clothing, based in Cardiff, runs this website and is the controller of your personal information. Questions or requests: hello@yakaclothing.co.uk.
What we collect
Guardian List. If you join the list, we keep your email address and which guardian you signed up for, so we can tell you when a window opens. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Orders. Studio checkout runs on the YAKA Shop, hosted by Printify, which prints and ships your order. Your name, address, payment and order details are collected and processed by Printify and its payment provider under Printify's privacy policy. We never see your full card details. For Originals claimed by message, we keep your name, address and order details to send your tee.
Messages. If you DM us on Instagram or email us, we keep the conversation to deal with your claim or question.
Cookies
The site works without tracking cookies. Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) only load if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We also keep a small note in your browser of things like your cookie choice and which album you last opened.
How long
Guardian List emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@yakaclothing.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
