These terms cover your use of yakaclothing.co.uk and any order you place with YAKA Clothing.
Orders
An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We can cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.
Originals and claimed numbers
Originals are released in limited, numbered runs. A number is yours once it's paid for. Numbers are given in order and an edition number is never reprinted. Claims made by Instagram message are confirmed by us in writing before payment.
Prices and payment
Studio prices on the YAKA Shop are in US dollars, and your bank converts them at checkout. Originals are priced in GBP. Taxes are applied where required. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers.
Products
We work to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Small differences in colour or print placement on hand-printed pieces aren't treated as faults.
Returns
Returns follow our delivery and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our designs
YAKA designs, guardian artwork, graphics and writing on this site belong to YAKA and can't be reproduced without permission.
Liability
As far as the law allows, YAKA isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using our products or website. This doesn't limit your rights under UK consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
